Publisher Description
"Take regular breaks" is probably the most frequent advice you will receive when you talk to medical professionals about Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI).
Albion StopNow helps you take that advice. It monitors your computer and gives you a discreet reminders if you work for too long without taking that necessary break.
Note: RSI is also called Repetitive Stress Injury, OOS (Occupational Overuse Syndrome) or CTD (Cumulative Trauma Disorder). More information and resources can be found on the program's website at www.rsiprevention.com.
